Become a Donor to the GCHC

Cash and in-kind donations together with the time and talent contributed by our many volunteers are critical to the ability of GCHC to fulfill its mission in the community. Some of the families that come to GCHC are unable to fully pay for the services their children need. Fortunately GCHC's many generous donors enable us to provide our services to families regardless of their ability to pay.

Every year, individual donors, corporations and foundations provide funds for financial aid, new programs and program expansions. Although all families are asked to pay some amount toward their services, financial support may reach as much as 95%.

The levels of support are as follows:

Community Health Leader, $2500
• Partner with the GCHC to fight major local health concerns.
• Attend, participate and contribute to decision-making at meetings
• You will be recognized for your philanthropy and active leadership in the fight against major health concerns in the community.

Health & Wellness Sponsor, $1000
• Partner with the GCHC to fight major local health concerns.
• You will be recognized for your sponsorship of activities in the fight against major health concerns in the community
• Sub-committee participation concerning health and wellness issues.

Health Education Promoter, $500
• Promote access to health education programs for the GCHC in our fight against major local health concerns.
• Promote health lifestyle choices through health education programs.
